As with any organization with long-standing members, we too must endure the loss of those we hold dear. The following are but small tributes to members we have lost. These were great Americans proudly serving our Prisoners of War-Missing in Action and American Veterans.

Art Foss was a National Senior Director; State Director for Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia; and President of Virginia Chapter 3 of Rolling Thunder.

Art was a Viet Nam veteran. He worked tirelessly in his fight for the POW/MIAs and American Veterans.

Art will be missed, but never forgotten, by all who knew him.
